I collaborated with agents to streamline project logistics, organize client deliverables, and ensure brand alignment across campaigns.

    Examples of Projects:

    • Assisted with client pitch decks by compiling partnership proposals, engagement metrics, and creative assets.

    • Conducted competitor and audience research to identify sponsorship opportunities for athletes and influencers.

    • Helped organize event logistics for branded appearances, coordinating between marketing, PR, and creative teams.

    • Supported digital strategy efforts by tracking engagement analytics and recommending content optimization ideas.

What I Learned and How It Relates to My Major:
This experience strengthened my understanding of Talent Management and Entrepreneurship, directly aligning with my coursework in communication strategy, business analytics, and organizational behavior. I gained firsthand exposure to the operational side of talent representation, including contract negotiation, brand management, and client relationship building.
