Peer to Peer mentoring
I have been in the peer mentoring program since I was a freshman. I started as a mentee, but when I became a Sophomore, I decided to become a mentor. Over the years, I have mentored 5 students at the LEEDS School of Business. As a senior, I continue to mentor students in order to help them adapt to college and advise them on classes. This has allowed me to develop my leadership skills and create relationships among my peers. It is fulfilling to see them grow throughout the process and it allows me to grow and work on my communication skills.
